Ca' d'Gal, Moscato d'Asti 'Lumine' 2023

Nestled in the Valdivilla hills of Santo Stefano Belbo, Piedmont, Ca' d'Gal is a family-run estate renowned for its exceptional Moscato d'Asti wines. Established in 1990 by Alessandro Boido, the winery focuses on expressing the unique terroir of its vineyards, characterized by sandy limestone soils and old vines aged between 20 and 50 years. In 2023, the estate was revitalized under the leadership of Alessandro Varagnolo, who continues the tradition of crafting wines that balance aromatic intensity with elegance. This semi-sparkling Moscato d'Asti offers a delicate effervescence and a bouquet of acacia flowers, sage, and rosemary. On the palate, it reveals flavours of green apple, peach, and apricot, balanced by a refreshing acidity. With an alcohol content of 5%, 'Lumine' is light and vibrant, making it an ideal companion for fruit-based desserts or as an aperitif.
